1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TaxScan.ai (“the Service”), operated by Advanced Tax Group (“we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
TaxScan.ai provides AI-powered tax return analysis. Our engine scans uploaded tax returns, flags potential missed deductions and credits, and produces findings reports reviewed by licensed CPAs or Enrolled Agents. The Service is not a substitute for personalized tax advice from a qualified professional.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment
Certain features require payment. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on TaxScan.ai are owned by Advanced Tax Group. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
TaxScan.ai is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
